As Founder & CEO of CareerHigher, I've built and scaled an international services business, designing and implementing the operating model, organisational structure, teams, processes and systems that enable it to run without my constant involvement.
Today, CareerHigher operates with a 20-person distributed team and has delivered over 2,000 client engagements. The business has secured six-figure external funding and achieved up to 3× year-on-year sales and revenue growth in several years.
My entrepreneurial experience is backed by a corporate and consulting career spanning BP, Oracle and Pearson, alongside independent engagements. My work has focused on organisational transformation, people, processes, systems, change management and adoption.
I'm a Chartered MCIPD professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh, bringing together firsthand entrepreneurial experience, corporate consulting discipline and deep expertise in people and organisations.
